I can’t rave enough about this app. I’ve read so many self compassion books and this app actually provides easy to use quick tools to really help build better habits and deal with difficult emotions. I love love love it.


There are lots of exercises you can go through to work through things in the moment, which I’ve found indispensable. It’s a huge source of support and has guided me through a very rough few months.

Best app I’ve ever used. Really gives you the skills of CFT. Great library of resources. Brilliant psychoed sessions. Have recommended it to so many people. Intentions and gratitude are now second nature.

Great innovative app
